Draining the Lake

In 2015 the EDF will be draining the Lac de Guerlédan in order to carry out essential and preventive maintenance on the dam. This gives us a wonderful opportunity to investigate and explore the drowned land whilst it is dry. The draining process will begin in March and last for about 6 weeks. The refilling will take a similar length of time about October/November. In the interim the lake will be dry!! See our page "Draining the Lake" for more information.
